We will finalize and obtain approval of your design before production. An invoice will be then be setup. We accept Venmo, Zelle, or physical check (longer processing). Copywritten logos are not permitted without the owner's consent. (If you own a business and want to use your logo, permission must first be granted) Every custom order will end up being a unique design that you'll be happy to leave on your wall even when you're not playing! Having a custom game board will likely become a conversation piece that doubles as both an engaging game and a beautiful piece of wall art. Things to consider when submitting a design: Logos and copywritten designs are not permitted without the owner's consent Less is often more The optimal design space is roughly 9" x 9" A bold design with a few colors looks better from a distance Using numbers will detract from the game and is discouraged Limit or forgo text as it will distract from the board numbers If utilizing text, 1 or 2 large initials is all you'll need Circular designs lend themselves to meld better with the game The game numbers will end up overlaying some of the design

The board is finished with a clear coat sealant and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The rings are made of silicone. To maintain, simply use a mild cleaning solution on a soft cloth for the board and rinse the rings off with mild soap and water. Although the board can be used outside, it's recommended that you not leave it exposed to the elements for extended periods. CAUTION: The metal hooks are sturdy enough to support normal wear and tear but could bend or break off inside the board if dropped or used to pick up the board. Please use the heavy-duty hanging hook at the top of the board or grab a flat part of the board in between the hooks when transporting it. If you feel the need to further secure the hooks into the board, simply drop a small amount of superglue (not included) on the end of the screw before insertion into the board. (Avoid glue that expands as this could damage the board or seep out of the screw hole and mar the surface of the board. This is not a necessary step and will make the hooks extremely difficult to remove in the future without damaging the board and/or hooks.) When hanging the board on a wall it is suggested that you use the supplied nail or screw. Hammering the nail into the wall at a slight downward angle will give the board a little leverage and will help to avoid stripping of the nail hole in the wall. You could also opt to use the screw with a wall anchor. A third option would be to hammer or screw directly into a wall stud for the best support. The board plus the rings aren't heavy, but securing it to the wall is an important step for its future survival!

At this time, we are only offering shipping to the continential United States of America. Each hookey board costs $25 flat to ship and is sent via UPS ground. To protect your purchase from accidental damage during shipping, each order carries a $200 insurance policy. If something has happened to your board during transit, please reach out to us!

Due to the customized nature of this product, returns are not accepted. If you receive the finished product and are unhappy with the result, please contact us. Every order is discussed, beforehand, directly with the person purchasing it. Photos of the finished board will be sent via email before it is shipped. The final design of the board should never come into question. If something was physically wrong with the board, every order comes with a $200 insurance policy via UPS. This will 100% secure your purchase.
